Tried logging in to Campaign Logger earlier and the login pop-up window shows and I can enter my email and password, but when I click the login button, doesn't seem like that prompts a login event. Similarly, the "Lost your password?" button also seems to be down, but the "Cancel" button seems to work as it closes the pop-up login window. Waited an hour or two, then tried again, but still no luck. Wondering if it's just me or is anyone else having an issue?

Its game day today and my party wants to start in 1,5 hours. It would be nice if my session notes and loopy planning would be available!
Any timeline on fixing the login?

@ELF Same thing happened to me with the blank page. Clearing data/cookies solved the problem. However, I was still unable to login.

There seems to be an issue with SSL/TLS updates to the server. I am investigating this and doing several reboots.

The last reboot seems to have solved the problem. Login is possible again.
I will keep investigating to prevent future problems of this kind.

There is no exact reason why there was this outage. As of the logs it was due to a too low SSL / TLS.
On Friday morning, about 7:50 am GMT the system "decided" to no longer serve HTTP requests to our gateway service.
As suggested I purged the SSL cert store of invalid bindings (to no effect). Checked for recent system updates (none) and just rebooted the machine.
After that the system worked again.

To ensure that in the future no such outage goes unnoticed for so long I set up a monitor for a specific endpoint so that the service timeout can be notified about immediately.

In the future the gateway service will be replaced by the new campaigning-oriented and Azure-based logger service.
