I'm interested in how to code for CL. I saw Sly Flourish using sublime text 3 in a video to do his session prep and thought that was a novel idea. @ELF had mentioned using Atom for a editor. I pulled over some of my notes and started using the Markdown format. I really liked the results and...
Thanks so much for these and your continued contributions to the community. This is really outstanding work. I'm going to read through the new ones! Out of curiousity, do you have these in markdown format?
Thanks @Noah K ! @JohnnFour Will the latest file you shared as a JSON file be updated with these new NPC's?
@Noah K Can you put a link at the top of your thread for the raw JSON files and update it as you go?
I would love the parity as well. I've never used the desktop or android app to full effect because it doesn't sync with my webversion. When I have a idea I jot it down in the webapp, and its there when Im planning through the week. I've used the Json files to import my web entries back and...
Have chrome save your password. Problem solved. :) I hope that helps. I hate it when a browser won't let me remember a password too. Click the key in the address bar and have chrome remember the password after you log in. If the remember password pop up doesn't work for you.
The new features of the webapp would greatly impact my campaign in such a positive way. I have all my players viewing the different streams I have set up (summaries, treasure, curses, house rules etc.) and they love it. The features listed above would make it an even better experience for my...
What tools do you use to keep Hexcrawling simple, fast, and fun?
This post can be about:
Rulesets,
Homebrew,
Map generators,
Hex index descriptions,
How you play,
How you stay organised,
Megadungeons,
Megahexes,
West Marches,
Etc.
Thanks!
Thanks everyone! I'm still researching at this point. I made a calendar in excel then added comments on any important days. I think I may use the pdf output of @JochenL for handouts and the % tags from @JohnnFour for log notations plus my Calendar (excel) for keeping track visually until I find...
@JohnnFour, I just read today's RPT'S. Can you expand your GOT method?

I believe it's a best practice to introduce at least one new NPC every session as per my Game of Thrones method. As your Cast of Characters fills out so does your GM Toolbox.

Thanks in advance!
