This is either a bug or a feature we haven't put in yet @JochenL.
In Campaign Entries, creating new Tags and clicking sends users to the Campaign's home screen.
As a user, I'm expecting to be taken to the Campaign Entry for that Tag so I can start adding content.
Also, for Campaign Entries without any content but with Log Entries, it's the same behavior.
