Feedback on my homebrew campaign "idea" and some tips/advice for potential release

I have been planning for many years now that I would want to write (complete) my homebrew campaign setting and release it.
And would love some feed back about my thought process and my idea for a world from you guys.
I am aware of homebrew crit and gmbinder and markdown and that most use that to write.
But where would be the best places these days to release a product?
DMsguild?
I am also planning to make a foundry module, and leaning more towards the patreon way of releasing it bit by bit.

So how far am I in the process?
Well I have the world in my head, as I have played in my world for many years, and stared writing some of the most important places. I have a worldmap that is quite detailed
Last year I decided to put in a major twist into the world, and think that it would be an interesting place to explore for others as well.
Its a huge project I realize, but i need to find a way on how to be productive, and not grasp over too much.
I might release it as kind of a sandbox and focus more plots, hooks and possible adventure types within the world.
I have also considered having a co writer, but that is very hard to find, so any advice on this?

Then I need some art, and a huge special city map for one of the cities in my campaign.

My thought process on this has been to try to think outside the box of the "normal" fantasy DND box, and think of ways on how to give the world and its citizens a unique character.

Inspirations
No matter what you think of most genres, kind of places and types of worlds has already pretty much been invented. My inspiration is to take my knowledge of history, and blend that with fantasy but with a twist.
I am inspired by scifi , horror, ravenloft, darksun, fantasy in general, but also the world of darkness , vampire, chtulu as well as victorian age steampunk.
I think all of those aspects in some way will make great adventures.
Then I try to come up with my new take on the established "truths" within DND fantasy, such as:
- Why would the kobolds and the goblins always have to be bad/evil and be the creature everyone hack and slash?
- What would a world without magic look like

Then you might wonder what kind of world is this?
It is a dark fantasy post apocalyptic world full of intricate intrigues, with deeply buried secrets and haunted dark places. Its home to countless ruins and sunken cities after the Dustfall, as well as high seas adventures with trade all the way to urban investigative city adventures.

Intro to the world:
Now as I write this we are in the year 890, almost 500 years since Dustfall, and all magic have been lost for hundreds of years. It is but an old age fairytale, only believed by those who once wield it. Faith is but an old belief, and those we once called gods before only live in shattered memories, and in some old dusty tomes, yet to be found, rumoured to be hidden/buried in the old underground librarires. The dragons that once dwelled in this world are nowhere to be seen, and we have not seen any traces of Elvish, nor Dwarvish settlements since Dustfall. Only those elves, and various other races, that lived in cities around the world, and that mingled with humans survived. And thereof we also still have half elves, or baseborns as we now call them. But even if we have built our world, there are many dangerous creatures around, and still we have lots of unexplored areas in the world. To my knowledge no human as been to Eloene yet. Maybe someday...

After Dustfall, the catastrophic event that destroyed half the continent, 500 years ago, a few major things did happen:
1. All gods disappeared, but shamanism in the form of nature forces I have considered.
2. All magic is gone and nobody knows why (but magic is just a fairytale)
3. All races where forced to cooperate, so for instance goblins, hobgoblins, orcs and kobolds had to flee underground and work together to survive, as the creatures that lurked were far more sinister to fight alone
4. Some kind of technology was found/created and during the 500 years has led to a sort of steampunk weapons/machines. Cantrip like guns, stink bombs catapults, and much more
5. No dragons have been seen for 500 years
6. All Elven empires was utterly destroyed and only a few elves would be left
7. New lands have been formed and others sunken

Adventure hooks and plots
I have been thinking alot about hooks, pots and type of adventures. And so happy I found the 5RD template, which I think would fit this bill perfect.
So I have started to write these one page template plots based on some questions:
What really caused the Dustfall?

What does the world look like beyond the boundaries of Havenshire mountains
Will we ever discover magic again?
Have the gods left us forever?
Did all Elves die in Dustfall?
What happened to all the dwarves?
What lays beyond our continent?
What creatures lurks in the shadows of Gravenwood?
What are all these mutants that some say they have seen?
What is that strange dust used in what they call machinery and where did it come from?
What creatures dwell in the Dustlands?
What happened to Aeron, the young famous mage that tried to save the world 500 years ago?
Will a hero rise again to bring peace, as the world is on the brink of war
Will a warrior become a leader for people to follow to try to save the world from the constant invading empire of the east?
Will adventures into the unknown world discover new things?, hidden lore, artifacts and lost cities?
Who will restore faith for humanity?
Are there still dragons left or are they just a fairy tale long gone?
Who will discover the magic and give raise to a new way of magic?
What are the Dwarven Emberstones? Can they do more than just lit up cities and undergound cages, and give power to machines? Where did they come from?
Where did the Elves go? And will we ever see them again? Are they still alive? Do they still have magic abilities?
Who will find out more about what happens out there?
Are there more cities and people out there?
Is evil still lurking the shadows?
What creatues are in the underground?
What is underneath the sand and desert in the north?
What relics are hidden in the old elven lands (now Dustlands)
Nobody knows what happened and what caused the Dustfall, will they ever figure it out?

And probably could have written a 100 more.
But based on these questions I thought that there is lots of room to make some awesome plots, and something that is not your usual 5E world.

So my questions:
1. Do you have any advice on how to publish a full campaign and if so how?
2. Where do you get art?
3. Would you want to play in a world like this?
4. Any feedback would be very appreciated.
