For me - if the Campaign Logger Page exists - that's the master data.
I put information the players know in the player section of the page.
I put prepped data in the GM section as I prep, ready to be moved to the Player side once the players learn it.
For example: @Merlin is an NPC.
When I prep @Merlin, I put his 3-line NPC data Appearance, Portrayal, and Hooks/Secrets in the GM part of the @Merlin page.
When the players meet @Merlin, I can click open @Merlin's page, read out his appearance and what he's doing from Portrayal
I can then *copy* the Appearance I prepped into the player part of the @Merlin page.
Then, when players want to remember what @Merlin looked like - they can refer back - or so I can I since I see the Player part too.
and I can add a *"Merlin's sidequest" tag in the GM part that creates a Plot page where I can start working up or tracking how Merlin's sidequest is going and start prepping more of that hook/loop as needed.
