Yesterday I started using Campaign Logger on my iPhone's Safari browser. For the most part, it's working splendidly. However, I've noticed a problem in that it doesn't recognize quotation marks as a way of containing a single tagged term. For example, I'll enter:
@"Archmage Uthellon Aermaruil"
And it will only consider the first word to be the tag (@Archmage) while ignoring the rest.
The other syntax issue I've been having is that I can't seem to get CL to recognize links on my iPhone or my laptop. Johnn's cheat sheet suggests these for including links:
Named link {"https://example.com"|Site}
Unnamed link {"https://example.com/"|}
Unlinked URL https://example.com/
I've tried using all of these, and none of them provide a hyperlink on the posted page. They only show the text (except for the first option, which only shows the word where "Site" is).
Ex: I mention the 9th-level D&D5e spell gate, but I don't want to type out or copy-paste the spell description on CL when I can just link to an SRD website. So I enter:
_{"https://5e.d20srd.org/srd/spells/gate.htm"|gate}_
And what I see on the preview and posted page is:
gate
Of course I've removed the underscores that make it italic in case that was the problem, but I get the same result. And just posting the link by itself only results in it showing up as text, not a hyperlink.
Thoughts?
