Campaign Logger remembers what you search and filter for. This lets you work fast and easy within a sub-set of your details. For example, if you search for "Bartram" you'll get back Pages and Log Entries containing the Bartram, bartram, @Bartram, or @bartram.
However, you might forget that you have a search or filter active and be wondering why CL isn't showing all your expected notes.
When this happens, make your first thought: "Do I have search/filter on?"
You can check at the top where Search/Filter appears on some screens:

Finally, sometimes you have a pending sync, especially if you're using CL in multiple tabs or on multiple devices:
