Over time, your campaign information will build into many, many Pages. This is part of the reason why Campaign Logger was created - to store, connect, and keep large amounts of information at your fingertips.
The Pages tab by default shows every Page you've Tagged or created:
I'm on Session #7 of my Basilica campaign and already have 152 Pages or Tag references in my campaign:
The first thing you can do is use the Show Only Exisisting toggle to display only Pages you've created versus Pages without content that you've only mentioned.
In-session, toggle on to just see Pages you've created:
And during prep, toggle off to see Pages you have not created yet to prompt what you need to build:
Use the Tag selector to show Pages of one Tag type to help hone in on what you're looking for:
Use the Columns toggle to display in vertical columns instead of horizontally:
Use the Labels toggle to see only Pages that have Labels. Note how all these toggles and functions "stack" to help you dive deeper in moments. Here I'm only showing my Plots with existing Pages that have Labels in columns with four clicks:
Use the "Public Section" toggle to see only Pages that have content Players can can:
Use the Private Section toggle to show only Pages with private, GM-only content:
Use Search / Filter to search for text in your Page titles, Private Section, and Public section. I use this a lot to find stuff in my Campaign during sessions. In this example, each Page contains the word Therill in some part:
Note that searches remain persistent. This means Campaign Logger will keep your search active until you clear or change it, and highlight the searched text:
