This post & the soft are indeed very interesting.
I'm currently, and slowly, coding such a (personnal) notes system for every day use (todo lists, rpg ideas, list of links, etc). CL and my use of it are a first source of inspiration, but some links you've given over time - like this zettlr - are also very usefull :)
