I have spent the last two days creating monsters, NPCs, encounters, logs etc. I logged out after everything had been saved and I could see no missing logs. Checked it all so not to loose things and now, it appears EVERYTHING I HAVE DONE is gone. I'm really frustrated and now have a session to run soon with none of the information I have taken hours to input. I'm in panick mode and I have a funny feeling nothing can be done to recapture the 40+ pages, and hours of work put in already. Sigh.. this is why I have always stuck to paper.. i'm feeling really screwed right now.

absolutely. you can reset the password and look.
the page trust is earned, an encounter page had over 5000 words, why is it not saved when it is a page that seems to be saved? ugh.. doen't do me any good to complain.. its gone.. just really really frustrated, so much time, energy planning etc.. all put into this to have it collapse and have to recreate it..

I'm really sorry this has happened @Justin_Giver. I understand your frustration as iThoughtsHD crashed on my ipad yesterday and I lost work as well.
Sadly this wasn't a crash of a system, and it was not the only page. the issue being I was on the free portion as I had not upgraded yet. even mentioned yesterday in a post that I would test the free portion before upgrading. If I had a prompt that no further pages would be saved or that I cna't create more free pages, I would have upgraded instantly. I like the system.. I feel really let down here with the oversight. My oversight it appears on my side, as I went over the limit, however, thought if it was logged and seemed saved, ,maybe I wasn't at the limit and didn't understand it enough.. and on CL side.. for simply allowing me to continue to make, create and think I was saving when I wasn't..
To even start and get back to where I was, I need to now, figure out where I am at, figure out what I need to create again, redo Monsters, NPC that I have not written down anywhere, several encounters etc.
Another Idea.. perhaps a way to dl and save locally any information sent to CL that way it can be recovered and doesn't have only one location for saving. I have all my digital works saved in 3 places, locally, on an external drive and in the cloud. That way I never have issues. and well, if its on paper.. unless I burn it or throw it out, it doesn't go missing.
Totally Gutted.. cancelled session for tomorrow and have zero energy to create right now..

Guess I should have updated this. While it took me several hours to recreate days of small chunks of time invested, I did it in about 12 hours. Knowing the basics helped. I love this system and plan to keep using it. Johnn and Jochen have been excellent at answering questins I have had, lol seemingly the only one with questions the last little while, however, I totaly plan to ask, post and help others who are willing to help a little ehre. Great ideas, system ad they arn't to big to be personable either.
