Hey Jochen,

Could you share the features and limits of the Print To PDF feature?

• Can a GM print all Pages to single PDF?
• Can a GM print all Log Entries of a single Log to single PDF?
• Can a GM print all Log Entries of all Logs to a single PDF?
• Is there a way to only print some Pages to a single PDF?
• Is there a way to only print some Log Entries to a single PDF?

Yes.

Yes.

Can a GM print all Log Entries of all Logs to a single PDF?

No.

Is there a way to only print some Pages to a single PDF?

Yes, by using the search; only the displayed pages will get printed.

Is there a way to only print some Log Entries to a single PDF?

Yes, by using the search; only the displayed pages will get printed. Filtering by a tag works, too.

Crazy idea here.. and I thought of it while reading this post. Could a person not create an entire campaign in CL and then share it with others? or 5rd that can be imported into CL. guess basically the reverse of the CL to pdf but, in this case obviously pdf to CL won't work but, pre made stuff.. Maybe this already is being done and there is forums etc set up for this and I just havn't found them yet.

the pdf idea is really awesome so I can then print my campaign stuff to pages and scribble on them if I need to etc. hard to give up on paper after all these years.

I've thought about this before too. There could be a market for pre-built campaigns if they could be easily shared between users in some way.

Absolutely a market.. even to help each other out and forget the $$ portion. I def want to get to a point to share my 5RD with others in a way that is easy and importable.
