    Bug: capitalization vs. apostrophes, capitalization wins

    There is a small and hopefully easily fixable issue with the capitalization functions. The system erroneously handles apostrophes as word delimiters and automatically capitalizes the following 'word', like this: This also affects generator output using the tcase or scase formatting. To wit...
