I'm sure these are probably answered somewhere, in which case could someone point me to where this info is.
1. Is there a way to make a log private - for example for planning purposes? I can see how to use private notes in pages, but not in logs.
2. Has anyone formatted a stat-block using the Pathfinder2e conventions I can... well... borrow?

Logs are by default private. You actively share entries: https://campaign-community.com/index.php?resources/sharing-log-entries-via-streams.392/
