Drop down list open automatically after I closed them

Like the title explains, I lately have troubles on pages in the log with drop downs.

It's like when I close a header like:
### Stats Block
It automatically opens itself and all other closed "headers" on the page after a few seconds. This really gets anoying after a while, during play since I have to scroll to find my needed information a lot, and everytime I close some parts of the (sometimes) quite long entries, they reopen again.

I use Chrome Browser and I cannot remember that this happend to me earlier. Could it be something, which came with the latest update?
 
I can reproduce it! And yes, it is a annoying!

I file a bug for the coming to solve it.

There might be a duplicate in DevOps.

I think it has to do with some kind of refresh behavior. It happens in Edge, too. But in Chrome you can see a flicker, as well.

Maybe tied to syncs or polls to server that gets a response and triggers a refresh?
