Upon looking at CL, I immediately recognized it would benefit me. It looked like a data base management tool for DnD.. So I can combine the knowledge I gained 25 years ago in College, with a passion and past time of DMing DnD. I took the GM Challenge and found that much of what I was already doing was in line with the challenge, which made it easy to just get started..

WARNING, I did not follow any instructions on how the software tool was supposed to be set up. I just had an idea in my head and started using the software... We shall see if I need to make adjustments.

Pages
These were easily sorted into my buckets as follows

@Cast of Characters
All PCs and NPCs}

^Factions
Groups of People

#Places
Land description, Cities etc

$Valuables
Not weapons or Armour

%Calendar
Historical dates and events

*Encounter
Campaign Encounters

~Rules
Home Table Rules

+Quartermaster
Armour an weapons

-Spells
spell descriptions

&Monsters
Monster descriptions

I have a few spares that I can use for things later on if Need be. While a few people have suggested i'm sort of recreating other online rpg sites, I like this had the flexibility to be exactly how I wanted it. So this empty frame worked better in my mind then premade everything I had to stick with. So I have my buckets andI can pour info into individual pages and cross reference nearly everything.

Logs
I have two, one for session logs and the other in helping me stay organized and create my list of what I need to do, how I did it etc. Session planning I guess would be the best way to describe it.

That is the very basics of what I have created. I have run one session and found that keeping notes while i session didn't happen that much. Blow by blow notes etc have not really been included and at the conclusion of the last sessio and doing some investigating I found the initiative tracker and the report. I will def be using this in future as it will show slow play, and a few other things we as a group may need to work on. Plus I think adding it will help me continue to put notes in as we play where before I took time after the sessio to put down important things. Work in progress here.

How have you set your CL up? Are you satisfied with it so far, especially after running a few session?
I love the formatting for the stat blocks and have been using it for npc, monsters, pcs ad have even started attempting to use it on Spells and items etc.. see how that turns out later today.

Just thought I'd share my creation, see what others have done. LOL maybe I will even look up how John ad Jochen have intended it to work lol
