I ended up renaming some of my tag categories. Any hope of having the tooltips on the toolbar in the new editor reflect these new names?
I also have plenty of screen real-estate, so it seems a little clunky to having to switch between the four secondary toolbars (tags, formatting, additional, template). Feels like not very good UX when the space is there to hold them all on a single line, but still force me to click back and forth.
