Email Notice for New Releases

@JohnnFour, can we set up something like this in our existing infrastructure that is GDPR-compliant (double opt-in, e.g.)? I could take care of assembling the necessary details, writing the text, and tapping the send button. Or should we include that in the regular newsletter?
 
In AC I can set up a template for you and a List. People can opt into the list via a form or clicking on a permission link (we have one in the purchase email I think).

Your flow would be very simple. New Campaign => Select List => Create Message => Test => Send.
 
Where did we land with Beacon?

It's still 30 minutes to do each email in AC even with a template and List. At least.

If we had an auto-update mechanism to handle distribution, we then need only worry about the content.

Beacon was a great solution. RSS from a Stream?

There's also less concern over user error (select the wring list, or put in 404 link that you can't edit because it's locked in user emails, etc.).
